I woke up very early to meet Esther at Compass Point 'cause she wanted to bake brownies! We had lunch at KFC and then went to Cold Storage to get the ingredients, spent like 30 plus on them when we could actually get brownie mix at less than 10 dollars, and the premade ones would probably be so much much much better than what we baked, but the process was still very fun :) Ok so we walked to my place and then when I reached home and opened the refrigerator, to my horror all the eggs were missing!! Okay, they were gone 'cause Mummy made omelettes the day before.

(Irony: I have a chicken piggybank and an egg timer, very cute hor!!)

So Esther and I went to 711 to get eggs and then went back and started preparing the mixture and stuff. Then while preparing, to my horror again there was not enough vanilla essence so we wanted to go to 711 to get 'cause it's a Store & More, and we wanted to shun bian receive Joelle from Bus 372. In the end there wasn't vanilla essence and we didn't receive Joelle. She called us to say she reached then we were like o.o where? She alighted at another 711, hahaha. So she had to walk 4 bus stops to meet us. Yeah so we baked brownies and the first batch turned out okay but very crumbly, like got earthquake pattern! But tasted okay. I don't know what happened then Joelle just got very excited with greasing the tin then she hit the vanilla essence bottle off the table and it broke, haha so much for rationing the vanilla essence before that!

The second batch was for Esther's father 'cause it was his birthday today (Ooh cool I realise Joelle got Mo Mama and Esther got Pang Papa!!), it looked nice with fudge and all but I think deep down inside a little bit not cooked only -.-

Haha then Jia Li came to join us after her tournament, she brought us her vanilla essence and then we baked the third batch, which was really good on the outside but when we cut it up it became like lao sai!! And the chocolate taste was so thick that I wanted to vomit man. Mmm after a while Jia Li left 'cause she had another tournament.

I am funny, when Jia Li ate the heart Joelle made, I said she broke her heart.

When Joelle wanted to break eggs, I gave her one real egg and one timer egg.

NOW LAUGH, IF NOT I WON'T LAUGH AT YOUR JOKES NEXT TIME.

Anyway after that we baked the last batch, which was all mine 'cause Esther and Joelle had to go home already. Okay, so I left it there to bake for don't know how long 'cause I didn't want it to turn out uncooked, and I kept poking it to see if it's baked inside until it became super holey, haha. Yeah when I tried to take it out from the tin it shattered and I got a pile of brownie. Then my sister and I shaped it using the measuring cups I just bought today and it turned out quite appealing but the taste still sucked even with ice-cream, haha so we just played around with food. I'm very guilty I don't mean to waste food but the brownie really cannot make it :D Aaah my legs are damn tired, didn't take a single bus today and stood the whole time while baking!

We were supposed to be better after each batch of brownies 'cause we learn from our mistakes but our first batch was the best! Haha first time baking brownie, fail maaaan! Okay but I'm still looking forward to baking cookies for Christmas :)
